Himani Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or regulatory requirements.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Himani Logistics reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, all outstanding charges shall become immediately due and payable.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
